    We may ask about your experiences as we work to improve LoveLines but that’s it. There are no hidden fees, no ads and no spam so we’d love it if you told your friends about us.

  • LoveLines is for everyone suffering the pain of grief and loss. You might set up a LoveLine as a private refuge, or you can set one up for a friend or someone in your family.

    As the friend of someone who is grieving, you bring comfort by helping to fill the LoveLine with special memories and adding your well wishes.

  • Grief has no expiry date, it lasts as long as love. You can start a LoveLine in the days after someone has passed or decades later.

    So many of us lost someone during Covid and were unable to have the funeral we might have wanted. LoveLines is a wonderful way to gather friends and family to share and remember together, even years later.

  • LoveLines is available on web and mobile so you can access your LoveLine anywhere, anytime. Visit, edit and share LoveLines from your desktop, laptop, tablet or cell phone.

  • You chose when and how to ‘share’ your LoveLine. You can invite friends and family individually or go all out and post your LoveLine on social media. Posts do not appear on your LoveLine until your have approved them.

    Each LoveLine has a Settings panel where you can choose from levels of privacy from ‘password protected’ all the way to ‘public’.

  • Yes, that’s a lovely idea! Make your own LoveLine as a ‘future gift’ for the people you love and will one day leave behind. You can include notes and even record audio messages for them.

  • What you create, you keep. You can save your LoveLine offline any time as an image, a slideshow and other formats too.
